Dry Gibson Martini

Ingredients

Preparation

Pre-chill glass. Fill a martini shaker with ice cubes. Pour in gin (vodka) and vermouth. Shake. Strain into glass and garnish with three Vermouth Tipsy Onions.

Spicy Gibson Martini

Pre-chill glass. Fill a martini shaker with ice cubes. Pour in gin (vodka) and vermouth. Shake. Strain into glass and garnish with three Vodka Jalapeño Tipsy Olives.

Upside Down Dirty Gibson Martini

Ingredients

  • 3 dashes lemon bitters
  • 2 dashes wormwood bitters (optional)
  • 2 tsp Vermouth Tipsy Onion brine
  • 2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 Vermouth Tipsy Onion

Preparation

Add the lemon bitters, wormwood bitters (optional), onion brine, dry vermouth and gin to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and discard. Garnish with a Vermouth Tipsy Onion.
