Easy and delicious. This appetizer goes well with a classic gin martini. 

 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 clove garlic
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 jar (5oz) Sable & Rosenfeld Vodka Jalapeño Tipsy Olives
• or Sable & Rosenfeld Gin Lemon Tipsy Olives, drained
• Optional additions:  Red onion, tomatoes, roasted red peppers
• Feta or goat cheese crumbles

 

PREPARATION

1. Finely chop the olives along with any of the optional ingredients.
2. Spread on lightly toasted bread rounds or crackers.
3. Top with cheese.
