Peach Gorgonzola Party Cups

This appetizer is at the intersection of flavour and texture. It gets a hint of savoury from the bacon, a touch of sweetness from the peach, and the almond adds a surprising crunch, served on the Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups.





  1. Thaw frozen peaches.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Combine cheese and bacon. Fill each party cup with about ½ teaspoon peach preserves and about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture. Bake 7-8 minutes or until cheese begins to soften.
  4. Meanwhile, chop peaches and almonds finely.
  5. Remove party cups from oven.
  6. top evenly with peaches and sprinkle with almonds. Serve.
