Ingredients

• 3 dashes lemon bitters
• 2 dashes wormwood bitters (optional)
• 2 tsp Tipsy Vermouth Onion brine
• 2 oz dry vermouth
• 1 oz gin
• 1 Vermouth Tipsy Onion

Preparation

Add lemon bitters, wormwood bitters (optional), onion brine, dry vermouth and gin to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and discard. Garnish with a Vermouth Tipsy Onion.
