Bite-size chocolate cheesecake cups are the perfect size for a dessert after a large meal. An added bonus is they can be made the night before.
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 6 oz melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 20 Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups
- Beat egg and sugar until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in each Party Cup.
- Bake at 325°F for 12-15 minutes or until set.Refrigerate for at least ½ hour.
