Stuffed Mushroom Caps

This vegetarian appetizer looks impressive and takes no time to make. Assemble and bake when your guests arrive, by the time they've hung up their coats and gotten their first drink, the appetizer will be hot and ready! It can be made ahead as it tastes great cold as well. 





  1. Stuff the mushroom caps with 12 Vegetable Antipasto.
  2. Top with Parmesan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
