Ingredients

• 1 well-beaten egg
• ¼ cup cream
• ½ tsp grated Parmesan
• 2 Tbsp sautéed mushrooms or crabmeat
• Salt and pepper
• 10 Party Cups

Preparation

Mix the first 4 items together until well blended. Place a teaspoon of filling in each Party Cup. Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, until set.
