This guacamole is a great appetizer with chips, can also be used as taco toppings or spread on top of breakfast toast.
- 1 ripe avocado, chopped
- 6 Sable & Rosenfeld Vermouth Tipsy Onions, drained and finely minced
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ½ tomato, finely chopped
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of spring onions (Optional)
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Serve chilled with taco chips.
