This guacamole is a great appetizer with chips, can be used as a taco topping or spread on breakfast toast.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado, chopped
- 6 Sable & Rosenfeld Vermouth Tipsy Onions, drained and finely minced
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ½ tomato, finely chopped
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of spring onions (Optional)
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Serve chilled with taco chips.
