Our version of the Gilroy Martini includes brine from our vodka soaked garlic tipsy olives, the garlic adds a hint of umami flavour to this martini.
- 3 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 2 drops garlic juice (from olive jar)
- 2 Sable & Rosenfeld Vodka Garlic Tipsy Olives
- Pre-chill glass.
- Fill martini shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour in vodka, vermouth and garlic juice. Shake.
- Strain into glass and garnish with two Vodka Garlic Tipsy Olives.
